Academics Ltd is partnering with a friendly primary school in Leigh-on-Sea to recruit an experienced SEND Learning Support Assistant for 1:1 pupil support in Year 3 with an EHCP. The role is part-time, mornings only, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-12:00pm, starting 2nd November and continuing at least until Christmas with potential for extension.

The ideal candidate will have prior SEND experience in a primary setting, be patient and nurturing, and capable of building strong relationships with pupils

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting children with SEND in a primary school setting
• Patient, nurturing, able to build positive relationships with pupils
• Adaptable to meet individual learning needs
• Proactive, reliable, passionate about helping children reach potential
• Works well with class teacher and school team

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil with an EHCP
• Assist with learning activities and classroom tasks during morning sessions
• Support pupil engagement, behaviour, and confidence in learning
