Term Time Teachers is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant in Tonbridge to support pupils with special educational needs. The role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options and a daily rate depending on experience.

You will work closely with teachers and staff to deliver tailored support, helping students participate in activities and achieve learning goals while maintaining a safe, encouraging environment.

Qualifications

• 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs.
• Calm, patient and empathetic approach to learners.
• Strong communication and teamwork with staff and pupils.

Responsibilities

• Support students on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• Assist with classroom activities and learning tasks.
