Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking an experienced 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive primary school in Halesowen. You will provide dedicated 1:1 support to pupils across KS1 and KS2 with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD and complex communication requirements.
You will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO and support team to enable learning, communication and emotional regulation, building confidence and independence for each pupil. DBS and two references are required.
Location: Halesowen
Weekly Pay: £500-£525
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm (Term Time Only)

Long Term Futures is seeking an experienced and compassionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive primary school in Halesowen.
This is a full-time role providing dedicated 1:1 support to pupils across KS1 and KS2 with a range of additional needs. Pupils may present with Autism (ASD), ADHD, complex needs, communication difficulties and behavioural regulation needs, including children who are non-verbal or have speech and language needs.
You will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO and wider support team to provide consistent and individualised support, helping pupils access learning, communicate effectively, regulate their emotions and develop greater confidence and independence.
All applicants must have an enhanced DBS and two references to be considered.
