Job summary

TLTP Education is seeking an experienced SEN TA for a welcoming Redbridge primary school to support a Reception child with ASD who is non-verbal and requires 1:1 assistance, including personal care. The role focuses on calm, consistent support, communication development, and safe learning.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SEN team, building a trusting relationship and helping the child access activities throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with ASD or complex SEN.
• Experience supporting non-verbal children or those with communication needs.
• Comfortable providing personal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Reception child with ASD.
• Support a non-verbal child with communication and interaction.
• Help the child access learning and classroom activities.
