Job summary

Protocol Education in Basildon, Essex, is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a welcoming school setting.

You will build a trusting relationship, support communication and social development, and work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families to help the student reach their full potential.

This role is term-time, full-time hours, with competitive daily rates and opportunities for CPD and progression.

Qualifications

• Has experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ASD.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with ASD throughout the school day.
