Job summary

Milk Education are supporting a primary school in Merton with a dedicated 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant to aid a pupil from September.

You will provide 1:1 support, help access lessons, support engagement and social development, and reinforce strategies set by the class teacher and SENDCo. A patient, proactive approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is desirable.
• SEN experience would be advantageous.
• Patient, calm and compassionate approach.
• Confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis.
• Strong communication skills.

Location: Merton, South West London

Pay: £100-£120 per day

Contract: Full-Time | September Start | Long-Term

Milk Education are working with an inclusive primary school in Merton who are seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil from September.

This is a rewarding classroom-based role for someone who is patient, consistent and passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning.
