Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking a Reception Teaching Assistant in Kidderminster to provide 1:1 support for a child with complex needs. The role is long-term and full-time, starting in September, and offers a chance to contribute to the child’s early education journey.

You will support the child in classroom activities, assist with mobility and personal care, and help with social and emotional development, working in partnership with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 support to help the child engage in classroom activities and learning tasks.

• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies and targets.
