Job summary

Bellefield C of E Primary & Nursery is seeking a Named Pupil Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated one-to-one support to a student and help them access learning. You will work closely with teachers and the SEND team to adapt activities, promote independence and monitor progress.

The role is Monday to Friday, 08:40 - 12:10, totalling 17.5 hours per week across 38 weeks per year, with a start date of 15 October 2026 or as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Provides dedicated one-to-one support to a student.
• Works with SEND team to adapt activities and ensure engagement.
• Promotes independence, confidence and resilience.
• Monitors progress and provides constructive feedback.

Responsibilities
