Job summary

Hale Nursery & Primary Academy is seeking a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil with an EHCP. The role is part-time (10 hours per week) Monday to Friday, 9am to 11am, during term time including INSET days.

You will work closely with the class teacher and support staff to maintain engaging learning environments, track progress against targets, and safeguard pupils while promoting inclusion and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support a child with an EHCP
• Maintain records for pupils showing progress against key targets
• Liaise with class teachers to ensure best outcomes for pupils
• Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment
