Merstone School is seeking a Band B 1:1 Learning Support Assistant on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2026. The role involves supporting pupils with complex learning needs, including medical support, within a well-resourced campus.

Essential qualifications include Level 2 childcare (NNEB/NVQ2/BTEC) and GCSEs in Maths/English. Term-time hours are 32.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with training provided for medical care support.

Competenze

• SEN experience and ASD experience desirable.
• Positive behaviour management expertise desirable.
• Recent experience with children in a learning environment desirable.
