Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to students with specific learning needs on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
• Assist with implementing individualised learning plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, Special Education Coordinators, and other professionals to support the student.
• Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student to promote wellbeing and engagement.
• Monitor and track the student's progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents as needed.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic support system.
