Beaulieu Park School invites applications for a 1:1 SEN learning support post in the secondary phase. The role works within The Chelmsford Learning Partnership, on a fixed-term contract to July 2031.

It involves 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in term time plus five INSET days, and requires an enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK. The successful candidate will support pupils with additional needs in general classrooms alongside another LSA, and provide intimate care for one

Qualifications

• 1:1 SEN learning support in a secondary setting.
• Ability to support pupils with additional needs in general classrooms.
• Willingness to provide intimate and personal care sensitively and professionally.
• Good communication and teamwork with teachers, families and external professionals.
• Commitment to flexible, inclusive and patient approaches.

This 1:1 SEN learning support post sits in the secondary phase of Beaulieu Park School, within The Chelmsford Learning Partnership, on a fixed-term contract to July 2031. The role supports pupils with additional needs in general classrooms and, alongside a second LSA, provides intimate care for one student. Hours are 35 a week, Monday to Friday, in term time plus five INSET days. Visa sponsorship is not available and an enhanced DBS check is required.
