Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a student at a secondary school in Camberley. You will provide tailored assistance throughout the school day, helping the pupil access the curriculum and stay engaged.

The ideal candidate will have experience with children or young people, strong communication, and a patient, empathetic approach. Training and ongoing consultant support are provided, with potential for a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting.
• Patient, empathetic and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable but not essential.
• Genuine passion for helping young people succeed.

We are seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Camberley. The Role:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a student throughout the school day
• Working closely with teaching staff and the SEN department
• Supporting the student's learning, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
