Job summary

Brighton College Prep Hove is seeking to appoint an Individual Needs Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will work under the Head of Learning Support to provide dedicated, pupil-centred support for a neurodiverse pupil with PDA and allergies.

You will collaborate with teachers to adapt learning, support emotional regulation and engagement, promote positive social relationships and ensure allergy safety procedures are followed, with regular feedback to the Head of Learning

• Knowledge and up to date training in severe allergy management and safety protocols.
