Job summary

Academics Ltd. is seeking caring SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support children with ALN in Early Years settings across Barry. This role offers flexible hours and local school placements, with ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.

Ideal candidates will have ALN experience, an empathetic approach, and an Enhanced DBS. Successful applicants will work under teacher and SENCO guidance to provide 1:1 support and foster inclusive learning environments.
