Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with complex needs, autism, PMLD or personal care is desirable.
• Experience in care, support work, education, or working with children with additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with complex needs
• Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, physical, and learning needs
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
• Encouraging pupils to develop their confidence, independence, and social skills
