Academics in Thatcham is seeking a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with diverse needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Start ASAP, with daily pay of £90-£105, in a welcoming specialist school that values compassionate, patient care and inclusive education.

As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you will provide personalised support to pupils throughout the school day, working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You may support children with autism (ASD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), physical disabilities, communication difficulties, and other complex needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
