Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated 1:1 ASD Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Barnet. You will provide personalised support to a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them stay engaged in learning and daily routines.
The role requires patience, empathy, and strong communication to collaborate with teachers, the SENCO, and parents. This is a temporary, full-time position with safeguarding checks and DBS required.

A welcoming primary school in Barnet is currently recruiting a full-time 1:1 ASD Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This is a rewarding opportunity for someone patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about making a genuine difference in a child’s day-to-day school experience.
This role would suit candidates from backgrounds such as SEN support, psychology, youth work, care work, speech and language support, or early years support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available later.
