The Role

We’re looking for a rockstar Project Manager who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to take the bull by the horns. This isn’t a task-following role — we’re looking for someone who will bring fresh ideas, own their zone, and help us level up.

You will have the opportunity to be the right-hand person to our CEO, so we’re looking for someone who’s dynamic and can bring a lot of energy and ideas to the table on top of being a highly-organized Project Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Own website projects from kickoff to handoff
• Set clear timelines, tasks, and deliverables in Asana
• Lead internal and client meetings (agendas, notes, and follow-ups included)
• Be the main point of contact for clients and keep them looped in
• Coordinate resources and make sure no one is overloaded
• Spot potential issues early and keep projects moving smoothly
• Be proactive — not reactive — when things get tricky
• Help optimize and improve our systems and processes

Must-Have Experience

• Project management experience in a Web Design or Marketing Agency
• Leading client meetings, setting agendas, and following up with action items
• Communicating between clients and internal teams (especially devs / designers)
• Managing multiple projects without dropping the ball

Bonus Points For

• PMP certification
• Background in web design (or ability to speak dev lingo)
• Experience with tools like Asana, Notion, Slack, Figma, Webflow
