The Incident First Responder (IFR) at EFPRP is an essential role, responsible for providing immediate, on-the-ground response during environmental incidents, especially wildfires.
As an IFR, you will be among the first to arrive at an incident scene, assessing the situation, controlling initial threats, and implementing emergency protocols to protect people, property, and the environment.
Working closely with the Incident Director and local emergency teams, the IFR ensures a rapid, efficient response and helps prevent the spread of fires or other hazards.
This role requires physical resilience, quick decision-making, and the ability to operate in challenging outdoor conditions.
Each employee has a chance to see the impact of his work. You can make a real contribution to the success of the non-profit. Several activities are often organized all over the year, such as monthly drinks, meetups, summits and much more.
We have many partnerships. Often, they offer exclusive discounts on products and services for the EFPRP.
We offer multiple trainings on first response, so you won't be left out.
You can select the best times for you to work.
