Flatfeecorp.com is looking to add a team of remote contract practitioners/attorneys to review and submit trademark applications in European countries, including EUIPO. We seek individuals with over 5 years of experience in any corporate service area in any country. Our goal is to help you elevate your trademark practice to the next level.

Who We Want

Solo practitioners and small practices seeking to leverage their expertise for additional income.

We are looking for individuals with over 5 years of experience in the trademark field in any country. Unlike other platforms, we do not require you to promote or pitch your services to clients. Instead, we will collaborate with you to develop a personalized service package and organize the service process, relying on our system and member freelancers to market and manage the services, and compensating you based on total sales generated.

Qualifications

Licensed attorney with expertise in EU trademark law.

Experience in modifying trademark registrations, including ownership and address updates.

Familiarity with EUIPO systems and procedures.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Duties

Assist clients in modifying owner information and addresses for trademarks registered in the EU.

Time Commitment

This is a contract opportunity to earn additional income. Hours will vary based on the number of client orders and projects.
