• Manage the O2C process: invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries or overdue accounts
• Support monthly and quarterly closing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Finance, Customer Support)
