The position : This position will be based in HQ-Lima, Peru.

• Assistthe development of AI-based applications including AI assistants and chatbotstailored to agricultural research and operation’s needs.
• Assistin the creation and maintenance of AI-ready databases including knowledgegraphs and vector databases optimized for CIP's domain knowledge.
• Assistin the implementation of AI models into production systems with appropriatemonitoring and evaluation.
• Assistin the facilitation of CIP's AI community of practice meetings andorganizational communication.
  

What are we looking for?

• Studentsof the last semesters or recently graduated in Systems Engineering,Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Data science or similar at auniversity or technical institute.
• Knowledgeof AI development tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex,Haystack, or similar). Courses, projects or certifications on thesetechnologies are desirable.
• Experiencewith database development and management. Knowledge of Graph Databases(e.g Neo4J) and Vector databases (e.g. Pinecone or Chroma) is an addedadvantage.
• Enthusiasticabout applying AI technologies to solve global challenges includingclimate change, poverty and inequality.
