Senior Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails

Paris OR Lyon office - Hybrid (work from home up to 50% of the time per week)

ABOUT THE COMPANY :

They are an international company based in France with two offices, providing a B2B SaaS solution aimed at the transport, shipping, and logistics sector. The platform leverages advanced technology and AI to anticipate delays, assess performance, and enhance customer experience. Following a successful fundraising round, the company is expanding its development team and hiring experienced developers.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

Within a team of 20, you will contribute to developing new features for the platform.

Your main responsibilities will include :

1. Leading or collaborating with a 4-person squad on product and application development
2. Managing technical projects and developing new features on the SaaS platform
3. Participating in designing and deploying the technical roadmap

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

The ideal candidate should meet as many of the following points as possible :

1. Hold a degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac +5)
2. Have professional experience with Ruby on Rails
3. Possess a startup mindset
4. Be a good communicator with a professional level of English
