Qonto is seeking a Zendesk Administrator to scale and optimise its Zendesk ecosystem across European markets. You will strengthen governance, improve architecture, and ensure the system supports the company’s growth, working with Marie and Karim in a team of ~20.

You will own access management, workflows, automations, and integrations, partner with Customer Care, Onboarding, and Tech to deliver scalable support, and continuously identify efficiency improvements while maintaining high reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Zendesk administration in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience establishing governance and security for customer support tools.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen Zendesk governance with access control and standards.
• Design scalable architecture including workflows, automations, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Onboarding, Operations Eng, Product and Tech.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience.
