• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Good command of English or French.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Transport & Delivery; organize and monitor shipments, follow up on delivery schedules, communicate with carriers to resolve issues.
• Assist with Order Preparation & Quality Control; help with packing, ensure orders are complete, perform basic quality checks, support high order volumes during peak period.
• Handle Order & Sales Administration; update records in internal systems, prepare shipping documents, support sales team.
• Assist After-Sales Service & Customer Support; help with delivery issues, returns and claims.

About the Internship
We are looking for a Logistics & Sales Administration Intern to join our team during the busy year-end period.
The intern will provide operational support to ensure that orders are prepared, shipped and delivered efficiently. Working closely with our logistics, sales and customer service teams, the intern will play an active role in coordinating deliveries and supporting day-to-day operations during this particularly busy period.

Tasks

Transport & Delivery Coordination

• Organize and monitor shipments
• Follow up on delivery schedules and potential delays
• Communicate with carriers to resolve delivery issues

Order Preparation & Quality Control

• Assist with order preparation and packing
• Ensure orders are complete and correctly prepared before shipment
• Carry out basic quality and quantity checks
• Help ensure products meet customer and company requirements
• Support the team in managing high order volumes during the year-end peak period

Order & Sales Administration

• Update order and delivery information in internal systems
• Prepare and organize shipping and administrative documents
• Support the sales team with order-related requests

After-Sales Service & Customer Support

• Assist in handling delivery issues, returns and claims
• Support the team with after-sales service requests

Requirements
