Arrow Electronics in Germany is seeking a Workplace AI Enablement & Collaboration Engineer to drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform and automation services. You will partner with business stakeholders to identify high‑value use cases, lead discovery and design workshops, and deliver secure, scalable workplace solutions across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Microsoft 365, digital workplace or collaboration engineering.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
• 1–2 years with Copilot or workplace AI including prompt development and adoption support.
• Ability to translate security, compliance and governance requirements into enablement guidance.
• Senior, independent professional with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English; capable of leading workshops and producing clear documentation.

Responsabilités

• Identify, evaluate and prioritize high-value AI, automation and collaboration use cases.
• Lead discovery and solution design workshops, translating needs into technical solutions.
• Design and develop PoCs, rapid prototypes and reusable reference solutions using M365 Copilot and Power Platform.
• Create templates, prompt libraries, enablement materials and automation patterns.
• Drive adoption through training, coaching, communications and change initiatives.
• Monitor adoption, usage and business impact, recommending improvements.
• Provide hands-on engineering, administration, troubleshooting, lifecycle management and service optimization for M365 workloads.
• Apply governance guardrails and lifecycle practices for secure, compliant adoption.
• Develop and support automation solutions using Power Platform and PowerShell; ensure security and data readiness.
