Job summary

Magellan is seeking an experienced Power Platform Architect to lead design, governance and delivery of modern Microsoft solutions, including Copilot Studio and Copilot for M365. You will drive architecture, ALM, and secure, modular implementations across client projects.

In this role you will run workshops, audit environments, define standards, participate in pre-sales, and mentor technical teams while keeping abreast of Microsoft 365/AI evolutions.

• Architect with Power Platform and Copilot experience.
• Experience from pre-sales through to delivery on modular architectures.
• Strong focus on governance, ALM and secure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern modern Microsoft Power Platform architectures (ALM, governance, DLP).
• Lead architecture workshops with business teams and co-create solutions.
• Audit existing environments and analyse client needs to tailor modular designs.
• Define and implement secure, scalable Power Platform solutions using Copilot Studio and M365.
• Supervise technical implementation and ensure consistency of the proposal across projects.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation (HLD/LLD, diagrams).
• Manage projects, lead technical teams in delivery and pre-sales phases.
• Maintain technology watch on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform evolutions.
• Support clients in AI strategy and define best practices around AI.

Job description

The emergence of Microsoft Copilot Studio and the extension of AI capabilities within the Power Platform are transforming how large organisations operate. This role targets an experienced Architect on the Power Platform and Copilot solutions, capable of operating from pre-sales through to delivery on modular and secure architectures.

YOUR MISSIONS

• As a Power Platform AI & Copilot Architect (M/F), you are the guarantor of the design, implementation and governance of modern Microsoft solutions, including advanced Copilot Studio and Power Platform use cases.
• Design and facilitate architecture, technical scoping and co-creation workshops with business teams.
• Audit existing environments and analyse client needs.
• Define complex, modular and secure Power Platform architectures (ALM, governance, DLP, performance, integrations).
• Propose and implement comprehensive solutions based on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Entra ID, Graph API, Power BI and other Microsoft 365 components.
• Supervise technical implementation and ensure the consistency of the technical proposal throughout projects.
• Governance & documentation: Produce and maintain technical documentation (HLD, LLD, architecture files, diagrams).
• Manage projects, lead technical teams and contribute to pre-sales phases.
• Maintain an active technology watch on the Microsoft environment, notably on Power Platform and AIAI & Copilot.
• Support clients in their AI strategy.
• Define standards and best practices around AI.
• Design and deploy solutions based on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Copilot for M365.
