Barings is seeking a Microsoft 365 Product Owner to own the end-to-end lifecycle of the M365 suite with Copilot as the strategic focus. Shape user experiences across Office apps, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive while balancing innovation with governance.

In a matrixed environment, you will lead cross-functional teams, translate business needs into user stories, drive adoption, and ensure security and compliance across the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end product ownership of M365 and Copilot.
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in matrixed or split-ownership environments.
• Understanding of governance, security, and GDPR considerations for M365.
• Proven ability to drive user adoption and manage change.

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision and roadmap for M365 services with Copilot as the primary accelerator.
• Lead collaboration with stakeholders across business units and IT.
• Prioritize features based on business value and user feedback; manage the backlog.
• Drive adoption of standard collaboration models across Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Ensure compliance, governance and data protection across the platform.
