AXA Group Operations seeks a Workplace Architecture Expert to lead architecture vision, governance, and problem-solving for IT across the Group, ensuring alignment with the IT Strategy and adoption of new technologies in line with business priorities.

You will own designs for Workplace and AI ecosystems, collaborate with Product engineering teams, and promote Architecture as Code while engaging senior stakeholders worldwide. Strong English, M365/Copilot expertise, and global mindset required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• Large-scale solutions architecture design and implementation for Workplace and AI projects.
• Experience in complex IT environments and international transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of security & compliance for workplace collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage the technology vision and strategy for the Group with focus on the Workplace & AI domains.
• Develop architecture models, patterns, and maturity, including HLDs and LLD delivery.
• Lead architecture governance preparation, animation and presentation activities for multiple products and projects.
• Drive Workplace topics and AI initiatives, applying Architecture as Code concepts.
