SystemsAccountants is working with a fast-growing international group seeking a Workday Financials Systems Manager in Paris. This hands-on role links Finance and IT, keeps Workday aligned with business needs, and drives integration of new entities as the group expands.

You will own day-to-day configuration, user support, reporting, and process improvement while shaping the finance platform. Strong English and French, plus Workday experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Financials experience with configuration or administration.
• Strong grounding in accounting principles and financial close processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Experience coordinating across Finance and IT with stakeholders.
• Experience in finance transformation or digital finance initiatives is a plus.

Workday Financials Systems Manager | Paris

Our client, a fast-growing international group and Workday end-user, is hiring a Workday Financials Systems Manager to act as the key link between Finance and IT, keeping Workday Financials aligned with the business as it continues to expand.

You'll own the platform day-to-day: configuration, user support, reporting, and process improvement, while playing a central role in integrating new business entities into Workday as the group grows. It's a hands-on role for someone who enjoys pairing technical Workday knowledge with real financial process understanding, and who wants ownership rather than a purely support-desk remit, in a business where the pace of change means no two weeks look the same.

Role Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to link between Finance and IT for all things Workday Financials
• Configure, maintain, and optimise the system to match evolving business needs
• Support financial close (month-end, quarter-end, year-end) through effective system management
• Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards for decision-making
• Lead the integration of new business entities into Workday

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on Workday Financials experience, ideally including configuration
• Solid grounding in accounting principles and financial close processes
• A track record of turning business requirements into system solutions
• Strong stakeholder management, comfortable working across Finance and IT
• Experience with finance transformation or digital finance initiatives is a plus
• Based in or around Paris
• Excellent English and French speaking skills
