SystemsAccountants is working with a fast-growing international group seeking a Workday Financials Systems Manager in Paris. This hands-on role links Finance and IT, keeps Workday aligned with business needs, and drives integration of new entities as the group expands.

You will own day-to-day configuration, user support, reporting, and process improvement while shaping the finance platform. Strong English and French, plus Workday experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Financials experience with configuration or administration.
• Strong grounding in accounting principles and financial close processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Experience coordinating across Finance and IT with stakeholders.
• Experience in finance transformation or digital finance initiatives is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be the go-to link between Finance and IT for Workday Financials.
• Configure, maintain, and optimise the system to match evolving business needs.
• Support financial close (month-end, quarter-end, year-end) through system management.
• Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Lead the integration of new business entities into Workday.
• Manage testing, upgrades, and rollout of new functionality.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into system solutions.
• Own data integrity, governance, and documentation.
