Four Seasons Resort Megève seeks an Assistant Spa Manager Therapist to support the Spa Manager in delivering luxury experiences. You will manage daily operations, supervise a diverse spa team, and ensure our standards are consistently met.

The role requires fluency in French and English and prior experience in a high-end spa setting. This is a 39-hour seasonal contract with various staff benefits in Megève, France.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in France at time of application.
• Experience in a luxury spa or hotel in a similar role is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the spa department, including budgeting and costs.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and supervise the spa team (therapists, reception, assistants) to ensure Four Seasons standards.
• Communicate any issues that could affect spa philosophy or standards.
