ALO is seeking a General Manager in Paris to lead and continuously develop all aspects of the store's business. You will drive sales, profitability, merchandising standards, and lead a high-performing Sales, Operations, and Visual team.

As a People Leader, you will foster growth, accountability and inclusivity, coach performance, and plan succession to retain top talent while aligning with ALO's guiding principles.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within retail or related industry.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive KPIs.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality.
