ALO is seeking a General Manager to lead and grow the store’s business in Paris, driving sales, profitability, and a high‑performing team culture. You will oversee customer experience, operations, merchandising, and staff development to elevate the ALO brand in the local market.

In this role you will manage guest relations, analyze KPI performance, and implement strategies that increase traffic and conversions while maintaining brand standards and fashion-forward storytelling.

Qualifications

• Prior experience within retail or related industry.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Experience managing and leading a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to drive business.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute retail strategies including customer experience, client relations, employee performance, and community connectivity.
• Lead Sales, Operations, and Visual teams to meet sales goals and brand standards.
• Onboard, train, and develop store staff; motivate performance using KPIs.
• Monitor store standards, inventory, and merchandising to ensure consistency with brand.
