Groupe Soledis in Vannes (56) is seeking a Webmarketing Project Manager to lead and execute webmarketing strategy for several client accounts within a 50-person e-commerce agency.

You will drive SEO, SEA, content, UX, and marketplace distribution, collaborate with the sales team, monitor dashboards, and contribute to continuous improvement while 10% of time is dedicated to R&D.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of webmarketing levers (analytics, SEO, paid search, marketplaces).
• Ability to propose and implement strategic action plans.

Responsabilités

• Lead the webmarketing strategy and execute actions for client accounts.
• Audit e-Commerce activity and translate needs into strategy and plans.
• Collaborate with Soledis' sales team and external partners to implement campaigns and enhancements.

Join us on a permanent contract for the position of : Webmarketing Project Manager

Your role as a Webmarketing Project Manager is to lead the webmarketing strategy and execute (or have executed) webmarketing actions on behalf of one or more customer accounts, with the aim of achieving growth (sales, profitability, visibility, etc.).

• In direct contact with the customer, and in close collaboration with the Soledis sales representative, you will listen to the customer's needs and audit his e-Commerce activity using various external or internal tools.
• You are able to make proposals to define a strategy and an action plan that meet the customer's needs and constraints:
  • SEA: web advertising campaign management,
  • SEO: natural search engine optimization: copywriting, netlinking...,
  • managing distribution to marketplaces and price comparators,
  • implementation of any other tools needed to achieve the strategic objective: UX Design, content strategy, viral marketing, affiliation, price analyzers, customer reviews, click-to-chat, etc...
• You execute this action plan, or have it executed by external partners: keyword and content definition, copywriting, campaign management, highlighting customer products on the platform and with partners...
• Using a 360° approach, and depending on the customer's needs, you will work with Soledis' technical studio to propose technical upgrades to the customer's e-Commerce platform. You will monitor these developments in collaboration with a technical project manager.
• As part of a continuous improvement process, you will report to the customer on Soledis' actions (dashboards, projections, strategic developments, etc.) and provide advice to refine your action plan on an ongoing basis.
• Like all Soledis employees, 10% of your time is devoted to R&D: monitoring, creating new tools, improving processes,...

You will be part of a 6-person webmarketing team in a 50-person e-Commerce agency.

Position based in Vannes (56).

• Individual or double offices (no openspace) ... and the sea just 5 minutes away!
• Particular attention paid by management to work comfort (environment, state-of-the-art equipment, choice of equipment)
• At least 5 years' experience in an e-commerce environment

Skills required

• Good knowledge of one or more webmarketing levers applied to e-commerce (analytics, SEO, paid search and advertising channels, feed distribution to marketplaces and price comparison sites, affiliation, viral marketing, UX Design, customer journey)
• Leadership and the ability to share a vision of operational strategy on a realistic basis
• Good interpersonal skills, convincing and the ability to share a vision of operational strategy on a realistic basis
• Follow-up and commitment to proposed objectives, compliance with proposed KPIs, ability to argue non-conformities
