Job summary

Snap Inc. in Paris is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Brain-Computer Interface team.

You will work in a small team writing efficient code for wearable devices, aligning sensor data acquisition with ML inference, and collaborating with hardware, software and ML groups worldwide. You’ll design and implement tools to analyze performance, ensure real-time operation, and communicate technical tradeoffs through design docs and reviews.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of C++ software development experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with Git version control.

Responsibilities

• Integrate systems for sensor data acquisition and ML inference with real-time performance.
• Collaborate with embedded, ML teams to run software on wearable hardware and cloud backends.
• Design and implement tools to analyze performance and quality of algorithms.
• Write clean, well designed and tested code.
• Communicate tradeoffs via design docs and reviews.
