Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the Brain-Computer Interface team. You will design and develop electrical systems for wearable prototypes, integrating sensors, power, clocks, and embedded interfaces into compact wearable platforms.

You will collaborate with remote hardware engineering teams to align on system integration, requirements, and tradeoffs, lead board bring-up, and validate performance. English fluency is required for cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of electrical/hardware experience.
• Experience taking hardware from schematic to bring-up and iteration.
• Experience integrating analog and digital circuitry within a system.
• Experience analyzing sensor signals with lab equipment (noise/interference).
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for wearable prototypes from architecture to validation.
• Integrate sensors, power, clocks, and embedded interfaces into compact wearables.
• Lead board bring-up and debugging with lab equipment.
• Collaborate with firmware and algorithms teams to expose reliable sensor data.
• Translate prototypes into robust, production-ready designs.
