GAC INTERNATIONAL FRANCE, part of Guangzhou Automobile Group, is seeking a Service Technical Manager for France to coordinate dealer technical support, HV safety, and NEV system management. The role focuses on ensuring compliant, efficient operations, high-quality diagnostic processes, and robust technical training across French dealers.

The candidate will lead HV safety, battery and power electronics support, and oversee technical documentation, audits, and cross-functional coordination with

Qualifications

• 8+ years in automotive aftersales technical support, field engineering, training, or dealer tech management
• 3+ years in workshop tech management for a NEV brand
• Previous OEM regional tech management or importer exp. in France/Europe preferred

Responsabilités

• Establish aftersales technical systems, rules, and annual work plans
• Deploy manuals, diagnostics, tools, and software access across French dealers
• Coordinate dealer tech support, fault escalation, and safety case handling
• Provide hands-on support for traction batteries, e-motors, power electronics, HV safety
• Create and execute annual training plans for new models and HV safety
• Monitor KPIs: first-time-fix, rework, and closure times
• Drive data-driven feedback to HQ for quality improvements
