Job summary

Bigblue is expanding its on-site Warehouse Success leadership in Evreux, France. You will lead a pivotal team responsible for customer satisfaction and compliant, scalable warehouse execution across the portfolio.

The role sits at the intersection of operations, quality standards, and customer success, guiding strategic reviews and site capacity planning. We seek a manager with 5+ years in customer-facing or operations roles, at least 2 years in management, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing or operations role, with 2+ years in management.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in logistics or operations is essential.
• Strong leadership and people management in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Warehouse Success team with coaching and clear objectives.
• Ensure on-time, compliant execution and achieve SLAs and KPIs.
• Own escalation management and serve as senior contact for key customers.
• Collaborate with Account Management to identify growth opportunities.
• Define on-site routines and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
