Aros Marine in France is seeking a warehouse and logistics specialist to manage inventory, receive goods, warehouse operations, pick and pack orders, and coordinate shipments for interior projects.

The role requires higher or vocational education, fluent English (Russian a plus), strong MS Office and basic accounting knowledge, good communication, independence, organization, and a valid category B driving license; forklift license is an advantage.

Inventory management – ensuring accurate control of stock levels for goods assigned to interior projects and continuous monitoring of inventory levels.

Goods receipt and inspection – receiving incoming goods into the warehouse, checking their condition, identifying any damages, and reporting relevant information.

Warehousing – organizing the efficient placement and storage of materials and assets within the warehouse and other designated storage locations.

Order picking and fulfillment – accurate order picking, packing, and preparation, ensuring that goods are selected and packed correctly and on time.

Shipment and delivery coordination – preparing shipments and cargo for delivery while ensuring timely and accurate dispatch and delivery.

Internal customer service – ensuring smooth and high-quality support for projects by executing accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Have a higher or vocational education.

Have experience working as a warehouse or logistics specialist and a good understanding of the processes in this field.

Speak English fluently (Russian is an advantage).

Be proficient in using MS Office programs and have basic knowledge of accounting.

Have good communication skills, are communicative, independent, responsible, organized, precise, and attentive.

Hold a category B driving license.

Have a forklift operator’s license (an advantage).
