Job summary

Natixis NY Branch in Paris seeks a senior Relationship Manager for Structured Export Solutions. You will join a dynamic, international team focusing on financing major contracts with ECAs in energy, infrastructure and digital sectors.

The role requires 8+ years in structured finance with international counterparties, strong origination and presentation skills, and fluency in English. You will collaborate across legal, sector and project teams, and may work from home in a hybrid Paris environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in structured finance with international counterparties.
• Mastery of origination, structuring and arrangement of international transactions.
• Strong client-relations and ability to analyze complex structures.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork in international context.
• Proficiency in English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in origination by preparing and presenting targeted client pitches on export projects with a focus on Power, Renewable, and Digital sectors.
• Conduct sector and geographic research to feed into analyses and recommendations.
• Draft presentation files for internal decision-making bodies.
• Collaborate with international, sectoral, and legal teams to structure financing offers for each project.
• Participate in the execution of settlement mandates won by the team as lead or co-lead.
