Natixis NY Branch in Paris is seeking an experienced Chargé d'affaires (VP) to originate and execute European infrastructure and energy mandates. Based in Paris with the option to work from home, you will gain exposure to international clients and deal teams across telecom, power, transport, and environment sectors.

You will lead financial structuring, risk analysis, and client presentations, coordinating with M&A, capital markets and syndication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Front Office in Infrastructure & Energy sector.
• Experience in debt mandates (arrangement and/or advisory).
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to lead structured financing.

Join a leading international financial institution, strongly committed to supporting essential long-term infrastructure and energy projects. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with highly experienced professionals in the infrastructure sector, develop a sound understanding of structured finance transactions and benefit from direct exposure to transaction origination and client relations, including internationally.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills more broadly in Natixis' Investment Banking business, working closely with other teams (M&A, Capital Markets, Coverage, Portfolio etc).

As an experienced Chargé d'affaires (VP), you will play a key role in supporting the origination and execution of settlement and advisory mandates in Europe across various sectors(telecom, power & renewables, transport, social infrastructure and environment, energy and natural resources).

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Contribute to the origination of new transactions, by developing innovative solutions and participating in client presentations, with a strong strategic angle;
• Lead the financial structuring & project analysis (financial, commercial, technical, legal) and related risks;
• Lead the management of internal committees and coordination with other investment bank teams (M&A, capital markets, syndication, etc.);
• Lead execution (negotiation, documentation and syndication, consulting assignments) with strong client exposure;
• Participate in sector monitoring and strategic discussions.

This position aims to enable a transition to a more senior role. Specific support (mentoring) may be offered.

This position is based in Paris with the possibility to work from home.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in Front Office in the Infrastructure & Energy sector (in banking, in funds, at an industrial or consulting firm).

You master:

• Financial and credit analysis, including financial modeling;
• the Infrastructure and Energy sectors, with a track record of executing debt mandates (arrangement and/or advice);
• The customer relationship;
• structured financing and innovative solutions.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:

• Motivated, proactive and rigorous, with an ability to manage processes under tight deadlines;
• Appreciated for your sense of teamwork;
• Recognized for your sense of innovation and ability to propose solutions;
• Results-oriented.

You master English with a C1 level.
