Jobtailor is seeking a Head of Product to build the next chapter of the product organization and lead a growth-stage transformation across the company. You will define strategy, align stakeholders and establish a scalable operating rhythm for rapid decision making.

You will install the product operating model across Hardware, AI and two SaaS verticals, and scale this transformation as the company triples. A proven ability to turn ideas into roadmaps and measurable outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have led a product organization at growth scale (Head of Product or VP level).
• Non-negotiable appetite for Hardware and IoT experience.
• Able to describe a written product strategy and evidence-based decisions.

• Recruit, coach, develop a bar of PMs and Designers to the best‑practices of the industry.
• Evangelizing the culture of impact and the role of Product as a critical component of the company’s growth.

Requirements

• You have been a Head of Product or VP of Product before, in a company that went through a similar stage of growth.
• On the Hardware dimension: Experience shipping an IoT or Hardware-enabled product would be ideal.
• What is non-negotiable is a deep, demonstrable appetite for Hardware.
• You did not inherit a working product organization, you built one.
• You can describe, in detail, a product strategy you have written.
• You have killed features and product bets on evidence from discovery.
• You have coached PMs from junior to senior, and from senior to manager.
• You can hold a room of executives, in a language they understand.
