Shine, part of Cegid, seeks a VP of Engineering for the ERP Tribe to lead the engineering function across Europe. You will define the organisation structure, drive AI-augmented delivery, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will build a high-performing team, collaborate with Product, Compliance and Risk, and shape technology priorities while supporting recruitment and development across multiple European offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with progressive leadership experience.
• Proven track record of AI-augmented engineering governance and tooling.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments such as banking, fintech, ERP.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to the ERP Tribe engineering team.
• Define and implement the engineering organisation structure and operating model for the Tribe.
• Improve delivery predictability, transparency and code quality.
• Strengthen engineering operations including incident management and security.
• Foster relationships with Product, Compliance, Risk and Security.
• Ensure engineering decisions address ERP regulatory and risk requirements.
• Contribute to global engineering strategy and technology priorities.
• Support recruitment and development of high-performing teams.
• Promote AI-augmented engineering practices with governance and safety standards.
