Shine is seeking a VP of Banking Operations to architect a scalable and compliant operational engine as we expand across Europe. You will lead teams handling customer surveillance, payments processing, and regulatory reporting, ensuring a robust, automated operations function.

Reporting to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, you will partner with Product and Engineering to evolve the internal core banking system, automate manual tasks, and drive data-driven enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech or Banking/Payment operations, with proven optimization of workflows.
• Ability to scale operations from startup to industrial/scale-up.
• Deep knowledge of SEPA, Instant Payments, and card scheme rules.
• Data-driven ROI analysis for automation projects.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT, KYC/KYB and European regs.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Manage banking infrastructure and payment systems, including SEPA, cards, and cross-border flows.
• Lead expansion and regulatory readiness for new markets with secure, compliant processes.
• Drive operational strategy, cost performance, and KPIs; implement scalable automation to support 10x volume.
