Natixis NY Branch in Paris is seeking an experienced Chargé d'affaires (VP) to originate and execute European infrastructure and energy mandates. Based in Paris with the option to work from home, you will gain exposure to international clients and deal teams across telecom, power, transport, and environment sectors.

You will lead financial structuring, risk analysis, and client presentations, coordinating with M&A, capital markets and syndication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Front Office in Infrastructure & Energy sector.
• Experience in debt mandates (arrangement and/or advisory).
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to lead structured financing.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to origination of new transactions with strategic insights.
• Lead financial structuring, project analysis, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with M&A, capital markets, and other bank teams.
• Manage execution, negotiation, documentation, and syndication.
• Monitor sectors and participate in strategic discussions.
