Stifel Financial Corp. in Paris seeks a Senior Associate, Vice President and/or Director to lead deal teams on a broad range of transactions, including M&A, LBOs, and fundraisings.

The role offers exposure to pan-European clients and to top Software and Fintech sponsors, with a track record of multi-jurisdictional deals across Europe and beyond. The successful candidate will have 4–8 years of IB experience, fluent English and French, strong analytical and financial skills, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• 4-8 years' investment banking experience from IB, boutique or Big 4 M&A
• Deal experience in Tech or TMT is a plus
• Fluent in English and French
• Outstanding academic track record
• Capable of leading a deal team as a VP
• Self-starter and motivated in a dynamic team
• Strong team player with development skills

Responsabilités

• Work on a broad range of deal types including M&A, LBOs, fundraisings
• Engage with pan-European clients and transactions
• Exposure to innovative growth companies and leading Software-focused sponsors in Europe
• Execute transactions including deal execution and management
• Build origination and business development capabilities
• Mentor and train more junior team members
• Support senior bankers and contribute to team development
