Houlihan Lokey in Paris seeks a Senior Associate/VP to join the Technology team. You will support and lead Technology M&A transactions, coordinating due diligence, building detailed financial models (LBO, DCF), and presenting analyses to clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will act as a primary client contact, develop pitches and information memos, and mentor junior team while shaping deal strategy and execution.

Formación

• Fluency in English and French is essential.
• Strong academic track record with a 2:1 or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Support/lead the execution of Technology M&A transactions, coordinating due diligence and guiding from mandate to close.
• Develop and review complex financial models (LBO, DCF) and present historical and projected financials.
• Serve as a key client contact, leading meetings, preparing confidential information memoranda and pitches.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to client development initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee deal execution.
