ixolabs.ai is seeking a part-time Visual Designer to craft and evaluate visual data for AI training. You will shape branding, typography, and layout to teach AI to generate compelling visuals that align with strategic brand goals.

Required portfolio demonstrates branding, print, and digital work. You will critique assets, ensure brand consistency, and contribute to style guides while collaborating with the design team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or Brand Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, print, digital design, and illustration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma/Sketch.
• Deep understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating or adhering to comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Ability to articulate design rationale and provide constructive visual criticism.

Responsabilités

• Develop and curate training datasets illustrating visual design best practices, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Evaluate graphic assets, logos, and brand collateral with explanations of design choices and their strategic intent.
• Create examples of effective and ineffective visual communication for AI learning.
• Evaluate AI-generated visual designs for aesthetic quality, brand consistency, and adherence to design principles.
• Provide feedback on kerning, leading, visual hierarchy, and emotional impact of design.
• Contribute to developing style guides and visual language rules for AI models.
